Grandma's home... not doing well

My mom called me earlier to say that my Grandma was sent home late last night. She was still unable to really eat or drink a lot from what my mom said. I just hung up with my mom and she said my Grandma is doing worse. She's so weak she can't put her own medicine in her Nebulizer for her treatments, she has fluid on her lungs now as well. My mom doesn't have a lot of information. She doesn't ask my aunt for it, and my aunt doesn't give it willingly I guess. I plan to go see her tomorrow after Aleena's soccer game.
