The Sheriff's office called me this afternoon to let me know that Crispin had been served just after 3 o'clock this afternoon. So, if I'm correct in my dates, he has until September 18th to turn in a written response.. I'm calling tomorrow to see if I can set up my hearing date now, or if I have to wait until that date to schedule it.. I'll for sure keep you all posted.. Until then..
